Four luxury self catering cottages situated on a working farm on the edge of the Cotswolds, close to Silverstone, Bicester Village, Bletchley Park & Oxford. Just an hour from 3 airports, with a large car park, Elm Tree Farm is perfect for holidays, get togethers, business trips & short breaks. Our cottages offer wifi (BT), Apple TV, toiletries, welcome hamper & kitchen essentials & underfloor heating. Baby equipment & toys for free. Lots of take aways, local pubs & great walks close by. The space NOTE! If this cottage is booked please email us as we have other cottages available on the farm. Honeysuckle sleeps up to 6 guests in two bedrooms and a futon bed in the mezzanine. The master bedroom has a 5ft king size bed, built-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom, which is adjacent to the family bathroom, offers a double plus single bunk bed, sleeping up to 3 guests. There is also a built-in wardrobe and a black out blind. The fantastic spiral staircase leads to our fun mezzanine level overlooking the open plan living area. The mezzanine has a double futon, comfy bean bags and a smart TV, the perfect den for the children to hang out! The kitchen has modern kitchen units, solid corian work surfaces, brushed chrome appliances and a built-in dishwasher. The lounge has two comfy sofas and the dining area comfortably sits 6 people and the patio offers a perfect place to BBQ or dine on those sunny evenings. Your stay includes a welcome hamper, kitchen essentials, under floor heating, Au Lait toiletries, Apple & Smart TV's and high speed Wi-fi. The price is for up to 4 guests in the 2 bedrooms with a supplement for use of the futon in the mezzanine. Guest access Being located on a working farm, you are at your leisure to visit the sheep and cows and to wonder around the fields surrounding the cottage. All cottages have patios with their own furniture and BBQ facilities are available. There is also a climbing frame for the kids to enjoy.
