The lovingly furnished 42 m² ground floor apartment was freshly redesigned in February 2026 and equipped with a new sofa and a new dining table. It has a small terrace and offers everything for a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea. The space The apartment consists of an inviting hallway, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bright, cozy living area with a comfortable sofa bed and smart TV (Netflix and Prime Video can be used with your own account). A stylish dining area and the new open kitchen with dishwasher, oven and induction stove perfectly complete the living area. The separate bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe and ensures relaxing nights. The long, white sandy beach and promenade are within walking distance of just one minute. There are numerous restaurants, cafes and small shops to stroll, enjoy and linger. Guest access For relaxed beach days, a free beach chair is available from April to September. This is located at the level of the "Strandmuschel Laboe" and is only about 200 m from the apartment. Other things to note The apartment also includes a free underground parking space (duplex, suitable for vehicles up to 1.50 m in height and a maximum of 5 m in length). Additional free parking is available in the surrounding area, which we will gladly show you. Right in front of the house there is also a parking strip with free short-term parking spaces (max. 1 hour). Possibility to book a laundry package for €25 per person/stay. This includes bed linen, bed sheets and towels. Please indicate when booking whether you want the laundry package. In the shared basement there is a washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a fee.
