Studio in townhouse, kitchen, ensuite, garden

A self-contained studio suite with private kitchenette, en-suite shower room and garden on the step-free ground floor of our townhouse home. The studio is 5 mins walk to Wantage Sq. The neighbourhood is quiet with walks close by. NOTE: Whilst we are flexible with check-in/out, to allow cleaning time, please ask us if you intend to check in before 4pm, or check out after 10am. There is some household noise from 6am on weekdays. The space Our studio has its own kitchenette and en suite shower room. There is also access to the garden for your private use during your stay. Guest access You have the ground floor of the townhouse and the garden to yourselves with our shared entrance. Please watch your step on the deck in wet weather. Other things to note We have an aloof cat. The studio is on the ground floor of our townhouse home so there will be some noise. We do try to keep it to a minimum and our neighbours are pretty quiet but you can hear floors creaking, the hum of our heating, family chat, our daft cat and our neighbours running up the stairs and playing the piano sometimes! Weekday family noise, however quiet we try to be, can start as early as 6.00am so please be aware this may not be the place for a long weekday lie in. The neighbourhood is very quiet with no main road.
