Excellent located large guest room near Rotterdam

Welcome in my house. On the first floor of my lovely and detached house there is a 27 m2 large guest room for 2 persons (extra beds for 3rd or 4th person are possible in other rooms). The large guestroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe, two couches and a desk. The room has a calm and light appearance. Shared bathroom. Breakfast is included. Two minutes walking from the tram stop, direct to the centre of Rotterdam. Ahoy is on 6 km. A perfect place for your visit to Rotterdam. The space The house is situated in a quit neighborhood and has a big garden with several seating areas. They also can be used by guests. There is a free parking place in front of the house. Guest access You can park your car in the front of the house or free on the nearby street. In two minuten walking there is tram stop Meerwede that runs directly to the center of Rotterdam (line 5 Carnisselande - Centraal Station Rotterdam). During your stay Most of the time we are at home and we can be reached by phone or mail. Other things to note We have a dog in the house, a nice and friendly one.
