The space The property is idyllically and quietly located just a minute walk from the Jakob Pilgrimage Trail. The Palatinate Forest, which is only a 15-minute walk away, also invites you to take a hike or a short walk. In addition to two fully furnished bedrooms, there is also a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with washing machine and bathtub. Guest access The apartment has a balcony and offers access to a garden with terrace and allows you to end the warm summer days in a relaxing manner. Parking is also provided for guests arriving by car. Other public parking spaces are only a few seconds' walk from the property. Arriving by public transport is also no problem, as the property is about a two- minute walk from a bus stop. The physical well-being is also provided for. In the immediate vicinity of the semi-detached house two bakeries and two grocery stores can be reached in two minutes. Other things to note Dogs are welcome. However, we would ask that the beds, sofa and garden be kept dog-free out of consideration for future guests. Additional cleaning fee of €5 per dog.
