Cozy Secluded Accessible West Wing

The West Wing is guest quarters to a residence on 15 acres 5 miles south of Chapel Hill. It's an easy 10 minutes (5 miles) to downtown Chapel Hill, UNC, UNC Hospitals and Carrboro. Comfortable, clean, attractive, and very secluded. It is a studio apartment with one double bed, perfect for one person, cozy for two.. Your friendly, well behaved dog is welcome, but don't ever let your dog on the furniture or leave your dog alone uncrated. Sorry, no cats. The space You will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, a little rustic, a little retro, but you have easy access to Chapel Hill, UNC, UNC Hospitals, and Carrboro. The bed is a double (full) thus "cozy" for two. The kitchen has a microwave, small refrigerator, hot plate and most anything you might need for a short stay, but no cooktop or oven. Guest access You can wander our 15 acres. Check out the orchard, the garden and the beautiful hardwoods. There are several groceries nearby and town only 4 miles. If you need to do laundry you can use ours in the main residence. Other things to note Your friendly, well behaved and crate-trained dog is welcome. Don’t let them on the furniture or the bed and don’t leave them alone inside unless crated. Sorry no cats. You'll have the basic supplies to last your few days, but you'll need to take care of your own if you stay longer. We'll clean between guests. You clean and launder for yourself while you are in residence.
