Perfectly placed 2.5 miles from Sag Harbor on the way to Shelter Island, this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house is an ideal summer getaway year round. Designer owned, the house is fresh and furnished with elegant comfortable furnishings. 2 mins to the bay beach, 15 mins to the ocean beaches. Tennis, basketball, pickleball and lovely recently renovated kids playground across the street. Easy summer living! The space An open living, dining, kitchen area opens out onto a large new mahogany deck for al fresco dining, lounging , BBQ and fireput. 18' x 40' pool (Saline and heated), surrounded by Zen grass gardens. There are two guest rooms with shared shower on the first floor. The Master and King Guest room are located on the 2nd floor, both with large double sinked bathrooms. There is a screening room off the kitchen with a 60" tv and lounge seating. Also there is a gym area with a Water rower and bench and weights. So you really never need to leave the house! Other things to note Pricing includes all amenities, landscaping, lawn mowing, weekly pool maintenance and internet, garbage pick up. PLEASE NOTE : Gas (POOL HEAT) and electric (A/C etc) are EXTRA CHARGES. A gas meter reading is taken when the pool heat is turned on. If you want the pool heated for your arrival please let us know what temperature at least 24 hrs before your check in time. Meter readings are then taken at the end of the stay. An invoice will be sent to you and payment can be made directly to the host, or can be taken from the security deposit, through AIRBNB. Guests are required to have the house cleaned twice weekly by my lovely, trustworthy housekeeper @ $30/hr - you can pay her directly via app or cash. Guests are welcome to use The WATERROWER rowing machine in the mud room and the bench & weights at their own risk. Also to note, there is a second driveway on the left side of the house (where the garbage can lives). This driveway is part of the property, but the neighbor uses it as an access road to their house. If you use it for extra parking and coming in the back door please make sure to leave enough room for the neighbor/emergency vehicle to drive pass - ie 20 feet. Thank you
