House with Pool 2.3 miles from EAA

We are 2.3 miles from the EAA grounds in a quiet subdivision. We are technically a 3 bedroom 4 bath house but in our finished basement there is a Murphy’s bed and a private half bath. We recently remodeled the main floor kitchen, bathroom,laundry and living room. We have a park like backyard with a heated above ground pool and small private basketball court. We have multiple dining and seating area’s available outside .
