In fact, with line 30, you can reach Piazza Vittorio/Via Po, in the center of Turin, very quickly. The space The cozy location offers large private outdoor areas equipped with comfortable sunbeds, sofas and tables with chairs and deckchairs for complete relaxation in the garden under the plants or under the porch, also completely private and independent, in the cool green of the Turin hill. The apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette equipped with every comfort (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, small oven, stove, dishes, glasses, etc.); a bedroom with two large and spacious closets and a chest of drawers including bed linen and towels; a bathroom with shower – small whirlpool tub and heated towel rack including hairdryer. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that can be converted into a comfortable double bed with a single mattress. If the 4 guests wish to sleep separately, each with their own bed, you can consider adding 2 poufs convertible into two single beds in the living area with a possible supplement. It should be noted that this reduces the living space as well as, consequently, its livability. Access to your accommodation is independent, the private garden-porch area and the path to the entrance are always lit in the evening. The only area shared with the property is the entrance of the pedestrian gate: our guests are given the automatic remote control of the pedestrian gate and its key in case of non-functioning, together with the key to the accommodation. Please note that there are some steps from the entrance of the pedestrian gate to the private access of the accommodation. The entire outdoor area of the property is equipped with a private surveillance service. The property is equipped with an independent floor heating system connected to a pre-set timer. Thanks to the location, you can enjoy an optimal temperature and maximum tranquility and comfort. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking extra care to sanitize frequently touched surfaces as well as a thorough and meticulous cleaning of the entire accommodation as per regular routine. To continue to help our guests maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, we provide them with: hand soap, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, gloves, and antibacterial disinfectant. Guest access The location is equipped with LED TV with decoder, free Wi-Fi. We also highlight the possibility of free parking without parking limits near and adjacent to the accommodation. We emphasize the importance of respecting the parking areas marked as "private property" outside the housing structure. A changing mat and a baby bed (crib type) are available free of charge upon request, as well as the provision of a high chair for meals in the living room. Upon your arrival, we will request the signing of the tourist rental contract for the duration of your stay. The costs of electricity, water, and gas are calculated based on your period of stay.
