There are 3 well distributed rooms: 1 air-conditioned en-suite 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans This way, everyone can enjoy cool and pleasant nights. For leisure time, you have a charcoal grill, perfect for that barbecue at the end of the day. High-speed internet ensures you can share your best moments without worries. And for your convenience, there is a large parking space, capable of accommodating large vehicles, such as an Amarok pickup truck. ‼️ Note: To ensure transparency and comfort for everyone, check the rules on the number of guests in the Other Important Information tab. Other things to note CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT • Self check-in with electronic lock: practicality and autonomy for you to arrive within the check-in time stated in the listing (from 3 p.m.). • Access to the condominium and garages: by password, in a simple way and without the need for a physical key. • Check-out: until 9 a.m. • Access passwords will be provided on the day of arrival. SHOWERS We ask that you do not use both showers at the same time, to avoid power outages and ensure the proper functioning of the facilities. ADDITIONAL GUEST •!The apartment was designed to accommodate 6 people in total comfort. There is also the possibility of accommodating up to 8 people, using the extra mattresses available in the accommodation. • Rules about additional guests The reservation should always reflect the exact number of guests. • If the reservation is made for fewer people (e.g. 4 guests) and additional guests arrive, up to a limit of 6, these extras will be counted and charged separately. • If the reservation is made directly for 8 people, the 2 guests in addition to the advertised number (6) will always be considered additional and will be charged separately.
