The house is an old southern Italian villa, located in a rural area next to Badolato’s old village. The location is still used as a winery by our family. You will appreciate the wonderful view of the medieval village, the Ionian Sea, the surrounding vineyards, while also experiencing the authentic southern Italian lifestyle. The space It is a 5-minute drive from the Badolato’s historic centre and 10 minutes from the “marina” (the seaside). It has two rooms, each with its own private bathroom (one inside the room, and one just next to it). Both rooms have a double bed, and it is also possible to add an additional single bed, for a maximum of 6 guests in total. The rooms are nicely furnished, and both have views of the valley and the sea. On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a fireplace. Part of the house is still used by our family for wine production according to the traditional method. The outdoor areas are available to guests. The garden is equipped with tables, chairs, barbecue, and everything you need to enjoy your time outdoors. The swimming pool is open at all hours, available exclusively to our guests. In addition to the main house, we have a dependance, which is completely autonomous and hosts a maximum of 2 people. This is rented separately, and the pool and outdoors could be shared with the guests staying there. For maximum privacy, depending on availability, the entire property can be booked on request. The house is equipped with adequate Wi-Fi for working. Reaching the house is very easy and we will provide you with the exact location before your arrival. The main road is all two-way and in very good condition, but it may happen that the navigator takes you to side bumpy roads. In this case, we advise you to turn back or continue more carefully. Upon your arrival you will be welcomed by us personally, so we ask you to tell us in advance your estimated check-in time. Guest access All common parts are available for guests.
