Villa Althaea is a cozy countryside villa, spread over 3 levels and covering 145 m2 in total, comfortably accommodating 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms. The space Indoor Area Ground Floor: - Open-plan living and kitchen area with an open fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, and PlayStation 3. - Direct access to the pool terrace. - Fully equipped kitchen with high-quality fixtures and appliances. First Floor: - Bedroom 1: Double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), self-controlled A/C, TV, and private balcony with sea and surrounding area views. - Bedroom 2: Double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m), self-controlled A/C, and TV. - Bathroom with a shower cabin and hydromassage column. Lower Floor: - Bedroom 3: Two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) that can be joined into a double, a sofa bed, boudoir, TV, and direct outdoor access to the backyard with a sitting area and ping pong table. - Bathroom with a bathtub. Outdoor Area - Private 30 m² swimming pool (1.00–1.60 m deep) with an outdoor shower, sunbeds, and a comfortable sitting area. The pool can be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge, for the entire stay, and requires at least one week’s notice. - Beautifully landscaped garden with cypresses, jasmines, rosemaries, lavenders, laurels, althaeas, roses, and other local Cretan flowers and herbs. - Charcoal BBQ facilities with a shaded outdoor dining area. - Private, shaded parking space. Villa Althaea is located right along the national road, offering easy access to nearby destinations. **Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check in.
