This is a one-room apartment with combined living/sleeping room with open kitchen and is located on the second floor. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge incl. freezer compartment, 4-burner ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. The large living room with its cozy corner sofa offers enough space to relax. The space The apartment "Sparzennest" was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2020. This is a one-room apartment with combined living/sleeping room with open kitchen. On 42 m², the most modern comfort meets stylish furnishings. The apartment is on the second floor. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge incl. freezer compartment, 4-burner ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. There are plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, pots & pans and other utensils for all guests. The large living room with its cozy corner sofa offers enough space to relax. The rental price includes towels and linens as initial equipment. Guest access You'll have the whole place to yourselves. The apartment is on the second floor. The outdoor areas with trampoline, kettle car, goats and chickens are available to all guests. The pool house (solar heated in summer) is available free of charge to all and is used by all vacation guests. The sauna can be booked for exclusive use for a fee (from €20 for 2 hours for 2 people). Other things to note The apartment is located on our farm with an active horse breeding.
