Its location near Montrichard is ideal for discovering Chenonceau (15 km), Amboise (25 km) and the Loire Valley Châteaux as well as the Beauval Zoo 15 minutes away. In the calm of a very quiet hamlet, you can enjoy beautiful walks from the cottage, on foot or by bike, in the vineyards or along the banks of the Cher. This 110 m2 holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people with its 3 bedrooms. Upon entering, a living room has the fully equipped kitchen-dining room with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, a living room with TV in the air-conditioned veranda. A bedroom on the first floor (160x200cm bed) and a shower room complete the first floor. A staircase leads to the air-conditioned floor with two other bedrooms in a row (160x200 cm bed, bedroom 2 plus TV and 140x190 cm bed, bedroom 3) and a shower room. The fenced garden of 400 m2 and the terrace are a real haven of peace, where only the song of the birds will delight you. During school holidays; weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals for the rental are from 4:00 p.m. and departures at 10:00 a.m. End of stay cleaning package: 90€ optional.
