Chalet in Petten

Our new chalet, that is suitable for children, is situated on a five-star camping site, only 800 metres from the beautiful, broad and sandy North Sea beach. Our chalet has 2 bedrooms, with 4 beds (1 double bed and 2 single beds). The chalet has a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Please be aware of the following additional costs: mandatory cleaning costs 70 euros per stay, included in the Airbnb fee. The space Inventory: free Wi-Fi, smart TV, microwave, cutlery, plates, cups, pots, garden chairs, central heating, baby chair (highchair), travel cot with mattress, children’s table with two chairs. The camping has a pool , playgrounds, restaurant, super market and an animation team during the summer holidays. Arrival preferably on Fridays or Mondays Other things to note 1) Cleaning and tourist taxes The compulsory cleaning costs are 70,00 Euro. They are included in the Airbnb fee. On departure, please leave the chalet tidy. Please do the dishes yourself and bring the waste to the bins at the entrance, adjacent to the laundrette and surf shop. 2) Checking in and out. On the day of arrival, you may check in from 15.00h or a little bit earlier when the cleaning is already done. On the day of departure, please check out before 10.00h. You can pick up the key from the reception. May you arrive after the reception has closed (normally around 17:00), you will find an envelope for you in the post office, left from the reception. The envelope includes your key and a roadmap to your chalet. When you arrive after 22:00, the large gate will be closed. Please park your car outside the park and walk to the park. The houses at the entrance of the park are private. Please do not wake the owners!! If you cannot find an envelope, please notify the staff in the restaurant (to the right of the reception) when the restaurant is open 3) Bed clothes You may bring your own bed clothes. Pillows and duvets (all singles) are present. The loose mattresses are 2.00m by 90cm. The double mattress is 2.00 m. by 1.60 m. You can also rent bed clothes for 7.50 Euro per bed. When you want to reserve bed clothes, please let me know, I will then reserve it for you at the camping. 4) Number plate and parking Make sure you have send me the number of your car’s registration plate. The gates are equipped with a number plate reader and will only open when your number plate is registered. Otherwise you can’t acces the park by car. Only one car is allowed on the park. Other cars should be parked on the parking place adjacent to the main gate. This parking is free. You don’t need a code to open the barrier. 5) Deposit Airbnb automatically charges a deposit of 150 Euro. This deposit will be refunded when everything is left tidy. There are no additional administration costs or tourist taxes. Our chalet has free WiFi (code can be found in the information folder) 6) Arrival and departure Arrivals and departures are preferably on a Monday or Friday (because of the cleaning service). 7) Proof of reservation You can mention your name at the reception. A proof of registration is not required. 8) Departure instructions At departure, please leave the keys at the reception. When the reception is closed, leave the keys in the mailbox of the ‘post’ building left from the reception 9) Not permitted The chalet cannot be rent to people younger than 23 years without supervision. Pats are not allowed on the park. 10) Cot In the room with the single beds, it is possible to lift one of the beds and place the travel cot with matress. In the room with the double bed, there is only 72 cm left to place a cot. 11) Bring your own: We advise you to bring your own: Towels, dishtowels, dishcloth, toilet paper, coffee filter (nr. 4) washing up liquid, pepper, salt, bin bags and don’t forget your beach gear You may also bring your own bed clothes.
