Sunset Studio with Private entrance

Private, recently remodeled with faux wood flooring 1-bedroom studio has a beautiful view of the Carquinez Straits, separate garden entrance, a stocked kitchenette (no stove/oven), full bath, SMART TV, and plenty of space and privacy. We are a short drive from Downtown Benicia, where you can enjoy the historic Main Street shops, restaurants, and bars. Or, depending on traffic , a 30-minute drive to Napa Valley, a 45-minute drive to San Francisco, or a 10 minute drive to the Vallejo/SF ferry. The space The studio is an attached, 2nd level upstairs unit, but completely private from the main house. Because of this, there is very little sound carryover between the two areas. While there is door that leads to a flight of stairs that separates this unit from the main house, there is a lock on both sides of the door to ensure your privacy. You can come and go as you please through a separate garden entrance. The space is about 400 square feet and has a "kitchenette" area with a stocked mini refrigerator, sink, microwave and coffee maker. Other things to note While we welcome children, we aren’t set up with a crib, safety locks, etc. We want to be sure everyone is aware we respect our neighbors and require an 11pm quiet time, as we envision this to be a place for relaxation and not for parties. The City of Benicia requires us to collect a 9% transient occupancy tax . Itemized price includes lodging tax and cleaning fee. No smoking.
