Or you can enjoy a private meal in the garden ov The space The apartment is centred around the spacious living/diner area. This room is 60 m2 with a 3.5 m ceiling. Tall windows provide light and offer views of the garden, the river and the church across the river. High up, on the opposite wall is a balcony leading to the bedrooms. The bedrooms are 10 m2, not big but plenty of room for sleeping and have en suite showers and toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge/freezer providing ice and a dish washing machine. The kitchen also contains a clothes washing machine. In the basement is a table tennis board for the young, the old, the beginner and the pro! Guest access Access is via the alley between numbers 45 and 47 rue Blanquerie. A coded lock provides access to the basement, one flight of steps leads to the living area of the apartment. A second flight of steps leads to the bedrooms.
