A downtown modern apartment that is located on the 2nd level of the building and overlooks the city lights. The unit is spacious and has an open floor plan in the kitchen and living room. The formal dining area has seating for 6 and the large 2 bedrooms offer queen sized beds. The apartment is filled with natural light, features exposed brick and hardwood floors, Smart TV and modern appliances. Conveniently located one block from UWS and the property offers ample off-street parking. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bake ware, utensils, dishware, glasses and cups, flatware & linens. Garbage bags, dish soap & paper towels also provided. Small kitchen appliances include a coffee pot, toaster, microwave. The bedrooms feature a queen bed with linens, side tables, lamps, closet and ceiling fan.
