This beautiful, new and modern house 150m from the port and beach of Ca'n Picafort offers the comforts to make your stay an unforgettable experience! It is very bright and spacious and has central heating for the winter months and a new and larger private pool than before for the summer months. This 160m2 house is perfect for friends, couples or families with children. The three bedrooms have a double bed, two of 1.80x2.00m and another of 1.50x1.90m, there are two bathrooms (one en suite) with a bathtub and a toilet. We have cribs, high chairs, changing tables and everything you need for the little ones. There are two terraces on the top floor, one overlooking the forest and the other overlooking the sea. One terrace with morning sun and one with afternoon sun, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets! The house has a terrace on the ground floor with a large table, chairs, barbecue, and a small garden with a private pool and sun loungers, etc. where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast and sunbathe. The living room has a comfortable sofa where you can rest, surf the Internet at maximum speed (fiber optic), watch TV, read a book or enjoy a nap. The dining room has a table and chairs for 6 people to enjoy dinner with friends and family. On the other hand, the kitchen has everything you may need during your stay: microwave, kettle, cutlery, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer and much more. Of course, the house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. It's a house with a private garage, fully equipped to make you feel at home, as it has all the necessary details! The location of the house is absolutely perfect, a little away from the tourist mass, it is about 150m from the beach and the port of Ca'n Picafort. There are restaurants and bars, pharmacies, shops, supermarkets, bus stops and much more nearby. The beach is a few meters away, and is perfect for children due to its shallow depth and gentle waves. In Can Picafort you will find all kinds of restaurants: fresh fish and meat, pizza, tapas and traditional Mallorcan food. If you want to have a snack, you will find bars and ice cream parlors on the promenade! The 2 main supermarkets are on the main road, where you will also find gas stations. We ourselves have a well-known restaurant in the area. It's called Restaurante Vinicius, and in the last photo you'll find our ad with my number where you can talk to me directly.
