Home in Peoria

Built in 1914, located in the historic district a few blocks from Caterpillar, OAF, Unity Point hospitals, Civic Center and the Riverfront. Bus service is on the corner. I live in the home and have my practice here, so it is quiet & usually host to professionals. No partiers or one-night stands. This listing is bedroom #2 and has a full size bed; a twin roll-away bed is available. I have a dog and cat that live here too. The space You have a private back staircase for this bedroom. The bathroom is shared with other guests and you have access to another half bathroom downstairs. I have a loveable Berndoodle named Bernice and a very unsociable cat named Kitty that share this home. Other things to note This is a smoke free home, no cigars, cigarettes, vaping or pot on the property.
