The space The house has three bedrooms on the first floor and a finished basement with bedroom and bathroom. There is also a wonderful backyard featuring a deck with grill and teak table seating six adults, a saltwater pool (not heated), a dock with two single kayaks and one double kayak, and a beautiful and relaxing view of the inlet that feeds into the bay. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house and the wonderful backyard. With a two minute walk, there is a large communal lot with a lovely playground, a gazebo and little bay beach.
