Comfortable vacation home for guests with special aesthetic and ecological requirements, certified as mountain bike-friendly accommodation and with Bed+Bike Sport! The living space stretches over 2 floors connected by a self-supporting wooden staircase. Pure luxury for two, ideal for families. The 4-star certification from the German Tourism Association refers to up to 4 people; additional children and other guests are possible by arrangement. The space Attention: Unfortunately, the hot tub is currently unavailable. If this has not been fixed by the time of your stay, you will receive a refund of €10/night. The Ecolodge is a plus energy house and designed as an architecturally unique, spacious one-room house with 120 square meters of living space. A wide window front opens the living room to the terrace and garden. The dining and work table is equipped with an integrated stovetop and sockets (in the table legs) and forms the connection to the kitchenette. Right next to it is the utility room with a fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer as well as supplies of beverages and non-perishable food. The 2 beds (160 cm wide each) are in the sleeping loft, one freestanding and one visually separated directly under the slope of the roof (cave feeling, ideal for children). The entire loft is covered with Japanese tatami mats and is ideal for playing, yoga and meditation. Please note that there are no separate bedrooms. The sleeping loft is open to the living room. New! Added comfort for hard sleepers. Almost all guests find the beds very comfortable, only sometimes someone wants a harder mattress. That's why there are now two futons to roll out on the Tatami mats. Guest access This is a detached house that is exclusively available to guests. Other things to note In the lockable bike shed there is enough space for at least 4 bikes as well as a repair bench incl. tools and spare parts. There is a drained washing area near the outdoor water connection. After a busy day, relax in the hot tub in the large bathroom or use the free sauna in the garden hut. This is located on our private property and can be reached through the garden – just behind the bike shed. Linens, towels, bathrobes and much more are available and can be used free of charge. For rainy days or cozy evenings: The living room shelf is full of games and books (partly in English). There is also equipment for toddlers: crib, highchair, changing table, child safety gate at the top of the stairs, outlet covers. Pets aren't allowed. Please note that this is a non-smoking house.
