Our spacious coastal home offers a comfortable and well-considered setting for relaxed stays by the sea, ideal for families, groups and multi-generation holidays. The beach is just a 3-minute walk, making it easily accessible for all ages. The Fat Seagull café, known locally for excellent breakfasts and pastries, is a 2-minute walk away. Sutton-on-Sea is a 20 minute beautiful beachfront walk away, or a short 5-minute drive, with Mablethorpe reachable in a 10 minute drive. The space The house is thoughtfully laid out to suit larger groups, with a strong emphasis on privacy and ease. There is one main family bathroom, one en-suite bedroom, and three additional bedrooms each with their own toilet and sink. All bedrooms are fitted with high-quality mattresses, bedding and towels, supporting a restful and comfortable stay. The home also benefits from ultra-fast 1GB (1,000 Mbps) Wi-Fi, suitable for remote working, streaming and multiple devices. There is a 70” TV in the lounge with BBC iPlayer, ITVX, Prime Video and Netflix The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and a reliable gas boiler, making the house equally well suited to short breaks and longer stays. Outside, guests have access to a private driveway with parking for up to six vehicles and a fully enclosed garden, suitable for children and secure for dogs. Up to two dogs are welcome (please contact us for exceptions). The garage provides secure bicycle storage and contains beach equipment, garden games, outdoor furniture and a small freezer.
