The site is located 20 km from the center of Nova Friburgo and 13 km from the center of Lumiar. Guests will have access to the heated pool, sauna, game room with barbecue, equipped gourmet kitchen, fireplace, floor fire, card room, which can also be used for home office, mini lake and a super charming bar. The space Indoor area: The site has 4 bedrooms, one being an en-suite with a queen-size bed and a double bed; one being an en-suite with a double bed and a double bed; one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, and another bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. All bedrooms have a portable fan, bedding, pillows and blankets. Between two bedrooms, there is a bathroom. The living room is spacious, airy and very cozy. It also has a reading armchair, strategically positioned facing a mini lake with a fountain, where it allows for quiet reading and moments of reflection and relaxation. Also in the living room, we have a fireplace to warm the environment, with two chairs in front to contemplate the flames of the fire. In this same environment, a super charming bar equipped with wine glasses, drinking glasses, a wine decanter and a container for storing wine corks. You can leave your cork in our collection and be part of the site's history. Next to the bar, there is a card room, with sliding doors, which can be used for home office work. The kitchen is well equipped with a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, gas and electric oven, rotating electric barbecue, countertop with 6 high stools, two table sets, coffee grinder and a stunning view of the mountains. It also has a sink. Exterior: Our pool is heated to 30°C, both during the day and at night. It also has a sauna, fire pit, game room with pool table, foosball, ping-pong, barbecue and oven and wood stove.
