The space The owner can help arrange for nearby dock space available for extra cost. Guest access The owners live part time in this lovely space. As it is a private residence there are personal items present and private storage areas labeled. Guests have limited designated storage space for their clothes, bath and kitchen items. There is one shelf of refrigerator /freezer space available for guests. Other things to note There is limited marked parking behind the house- room for 2 vehicles. Kayaks rentals can be arranged through the owner.
