A renovated 18th century house in Baena

The house dates from the 18th century and maintains original elements such as the staircase, load-bearing walls and part of the structure's beams. In addition, flooring from the last century, frailer shutters, façade elements and details such as the front of the kitchen have been recovered. The decor is intended to be cozy and simple. It has a swimming pool and air conditioning in summer. Heating is an extra €20 per night. Next to the living room is a room with games for the little ones. The space The house has three parallel load-bearing walls which organize the interior spaces as it was built in the 18th century. The round-trip staircase is located at the end of the second corridor and preserves the arches and columns on both floors, creating a virtual closure between this space and the rest of the house. The hydraulic mosaic floors together with the roof beams give the house a very special atmosphere. Guest access The entire home is for use except the attic floor, which is not accessible. The patio is private to the house and contains the fully private pool (the pool is only uncovered in summer) Other things to note The home has a first aid kit, and a small documentation with the situation of the main shops and emergency services as well as emergency phones in the area. Included in the rural housing register of the Junta de Andalucía as VTAR -00282 (the VTARs are a service and not an activity so we can't bill) No parties allowed in the house.
