Guest suite in Orange

Remodeled private guesthouse less than a mile for Old Towne Orange. We are a young family with 3 small children and are incredibly excited to have remodeled our 300 square foot guesthouse to welcome visitors from all over. Everything within the unit is thoughtfully placed for your comfort. The space The guesthouse is 300 square feet and has been decorated with style and comfort. It has been furnished with a queen Thuma platform bed and memory foam mattress. A disclaimer; although the guesthouse welcomes three adults, it will be cozy and tight. There is the queen bed permanently in the room and a twin rollaway bed tucked in the closet. Once you are settled in for the night, you can set up the twin to accommodate the third guest. Once that bed is set up, it will eliminate most walking space. We also have a Pack N Play for smaller children upon request. The unit has a full kitchen area with tons of drawers with all new appliances including a full refrigerator/ freezer, stovetop oven and microwave. Plus anything you need, if you're up for cooking a simple meal, including toaster and pots/pans. Our bathroom is also newly remodeled with a beautiful tiled shower with shower seat, new vanity, and toilet. We provide towels, soap and shampoo to all our guests. Important: the heating and cooling is controlled from inside our main house. We normally set heat at 70 degrees but can always make the space warmer during your stay. During warmer months, we will adjust AC to a comfortable temperature plus there is a ceiling fan and an additional fan for your comfort (upon request). Guest access The guesthouse is attached to our home and has a separate private entrance. There is plenty of street parking. Please note that on Thursday's there is street sweeping from 12-4pm. There is no street parking during those hours (you will be ticketed). If you need parking during those hours, you are free to park in our driveway. You will enter our backyard via a private RV gate and driveway. Our backyard is full of citrus trees which and if staying with us during the winter months, feel free to grab some fruit off the trees. We are a young family with three small children of our own, so our backyard is kid friendly. If you have children, they are welcome to explore the back yard, play on the new treehouse, dig in the sand pit, and explore any toys. Our backyard is not always clean but ALWAYS fun for kids. You are also welcome to enjoy our outdoor space and relax in our gazebo. Also we have three VERY FRIENDLY cats. They just turned 1 year old and love to greet our guests. They are very playful and love to explore the backyard. We understand that some people are allergic to cats. Please know that the cats are never allowed in the airbnb. We want to respect our "non-cat loving" guests. If you do love cats, you are welcome to pet and hold them outside the unit. Other things to note Like we mentioned, we do live on the property and have three young children. When we are hosting guests, we will always attempt to keep our kids out of the backyard till 8am so guests are able to sleep in. After 8am, our children often will be playing in the backyard.
