Welcome! Huge lower level guest room with a Queen bed, TV, table and chairs, private bath, laundry access and use of the ground floor kitchen. We have comfortable furniture, fast Wi-Fi, easy check-in and out, and bag storage before or after your visit. Great location for concerts, dining and public transport, and we give great recommendations! This is a shared home and best for guests who read listings carefully and respect house rules. The space This is a great room for concerts, work trips, history and museums or visiting family and friends. The in-room kitchenette has a microwave and coffee bar, and you have laundry access and a private bathroom. You can also use the ground floor kitchen, dining room and patio. We offer coffee, tea, and bottled water. We're on a friendly block near the Fillmore, tons of great dining and shops right nearby, with easy 10-15 minute subway access to Center City! PARKING -- Free (limited) street parking nearby; the paid lot around the corner is ~$20/day; we'll send details after you book! Guest access The ground floor is shared with us and other guests. You'll see the laundry area when you get to the basement, which is shared with just us and our housekeeper. Your private bath, luggage storage area ("guestibule") and bedroom take up the rear two thirds of the basement. There is a curtain divider between your space and the laundry area that you're welcome to close if you'd like. During your stay We'll communicate through Airbnb, and you may see us, our fantastic housekeeper or other guests while you're here.
