Cottage by the beach and Mols Bjerge

The house is nice and bright and with large terraces to the east, south and west with lots of shelter. 200 meters to the east is a beautiful beach with a jetty belonging to the landowner association and 200 meters to the west are the fantastic Mols Mountains with many, many opportunities to go for walks in the unspoiled nature. The space The cottage consists of the main house with a large and bright kitchen/living room. Up to 12 people can sit at the dining table at once. In addition, there is a bedroom with a double bed as well as another room with two sleeping places in the form of a three-quarter bed. Finally, there is a nice bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and sauna. In addition, there is a large annex with a total of five beds: a double bed and three bunk beds. There is also a nice bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. All around the house there are wooden terraces and many garden chairs and tables for free use. Finally, there is a shed with lots of activity equipment for children and adults. The cottage is located in a fantastic, beautiful natural area - in a quiet and peaceful environment with many residents who know each other. It's really the place to relax with hiking in Mols Bjerge or at the beach. Femmøller with Egil Fischer's holiday village and the famous restaurant Molskroen (and the more affordable Molskroen Brasserie) is only a few hundred meters away and Ebeltoft town is a quarter of an hour's drive away. During the cool periods, the house can be heated with both the wood-burning stove and hot air pump instead of electric heating. In addition, we charge for electricity consumption after the stay (we have, among other things, a sauna that is heated by electricity). Please also note that guests must bring their own bed linen and towels. Of course, duvets and pillows are available. NOTE! You can rent bed linen and towels for DKK 50 per person. Let us know if you want to rent. Cleaning after the lease is not included in the price. You must make sure to leave the house in the same cleaning condition as it was when you took it over. Guest access All parts of the home are accessible except for a workshop and a small annex. Other things to note Please note that the entire Ebeltoft area offers a myriad of experiences. The frigate Jutland and the Glass Museum in Ebeltoft are the most prominent attractions just around the corner, but also a wealth of galleries, farm shops and a farm brewery lure with lots of delicious offers.
