It's the centre Chalet in a block of 3, nestled in a clearing at the bottom of a steep wooded valley with the Manor House bar/restaurant and park amenities within a short & level walking distance. Free Wi-Fi is available in the clubhouse, bar & restaurant area. Wi-fi is also provided free at the Chalet. As this is provided by a data only router adverse weather conditions may occasionally impact the signal. There’s a communal garden area next to the adjacent Chalet with a wonderful sea view. Portable picnic chairs & picnic table are provided for guests use on this area. The Chalet sleeps 4 in one double and one twin bedded room, both have electric wall heaters. The double room has 2 small wardrobes & overhead storage cupboards, the twin room has a small wardrobe. Both rooms benefit from under bed storage boxes for guests use. Please note the twin room beds have a recommended max weight 120kg. Bed Linen is included in the price. The bathroom has an electric shower (no bath), WC, wash basin/vanity unit, shaver point and a heated towel rail. The comfortable lounge offers a fabulous sea view, 32 " flat screen combi TV/DVD player, a small supply of dvd’s are provided for guests use, an LED electric wall fire, oil filled radiator & freestanding convector heater. A well equipped kitchen, electric cooker & hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster & fridge with a small freezer compartment. Electricity included in the price. No towels are supplied, however a tea towel, bath mat and starter pack of handwash, dishwashing liquid/cloth, bin liner & toilet roll are provided. A clothes airer, iron, ironing board & hairdryer are provided for your use. No smoking and no pets are allowed. Refundable security/damage deposit of £50 required. Terms & Conditions will apply. The Holiday Park facilities are open from March 22nd 2024 until early November. Entertainment passes are not included in the price, if required they can be purchased directly from the Holiday Parks Reception on your arrival and are subject to their terms and conditions. During the Summer 2023 there was on occasion a disruption to the water pressure & its supply to the Chalet. The water is provided by the Holiday Park & they have now taken full measures to correct this issue.
