Spacious sea view Terrace apartment

Ideal property rental situated in the hillside neighborhood overlooking the Adriatic Sea to the Croatian coast, the house is close to everything. The house has two apartments each with magnificent views of the sea, private terraces and a shared pool & garden area. Both apartments can be rented for family & friend reunions. Pets are welcome upon request and an additional cleaning fee. Please inquire. The space The Terrace apartment is the upstairs unit with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms and sleeps 6. The parking for this apartment is on Lepa Cesta – the street above the house – and is wheelchair accessible. Sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed on the large terrace overlooking the sea. Large picture windows open up onto the large terrace from the living and dining area. The two sea facing rooms also have private patio doors to the terrace. There is also a patio/seating area in the back of the house where you can relax under the vine covered pergola. The terraced garden has a sunken pool with a Baja shelf and lots of room to relax, swim and enjoy the sun. Each unit has its own entry to the pool area – the upstairs unit has stairs that lead on the West side of the house and the downstairs unit has steps that lead to the pool area from their terrace. Guest access All areas area accessible except for the terrace and patio area over the garage which is reserved for the Garden Apartment. Other things to note The garden provides privacy from the street and public stairs. We have a persimmon tree, lemon tree and olive trees on the grounds. There is a laundry room with a washing machine for our guests and it is behind the house. The Garden apartment guests access the laundry room by going up the stairs on the West side of the house to the back. The door has a sign on it. The Terrace apartment guests will find the room easily just beyond the covered back patio.
