Our charming cabin offers not only a comfortable and private space but also its own entrance and bathroom. Situated just minutes from the airport, Wynwood, Downtown, & Miami Beach a mere 20 minutes away, the location is a dream for travelers. This lovely cabin in Allapattah, complete with a queen-size bed, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, is ideal for those who need to be close to the airport. 🚫🚙 NO PARKING Available 📲Uber/Lyft recommended. The space **Please Read Carefully** 🚫🚗 **No Parking**: There is no parking available at or near the property. If you plan to have a car, this Airbnb is not suitable for you. We recommend using Uber or Lyft for getting around. 📲🚶🏼 **Self-Guided Check-In**: We use a self-guided check-in system, so ensure you can access the Airbnb app on your phone. Familiarize yourself with the provided information. **Suite Details**: - Located on the back of the main house with a private entrance. - Accessible by walking along the left/west side of the house, towards the back, and across the terrace. - Queen memory foam mattress for restful sleep. - Microwave and mini-fridge (no stove or coffee maker). - Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. - Basic toiletries provided; bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Except no small washcloths. **No Smoking**: Strictly no smoking indoors or outdoors. Hefty fines apply for violations. **Outdoor Area**: Partially use the terrace/patio for relaxing. Use the outside seating under the red seal, but the kitchen and table are for my parents’ use only. Guest access Everything inside your private unit is available for your stay. Guest have access to the seating area that's outdoors under the red sail in front of cabin 3. The outdoor kitchen under the terrace is completely of limits to guest that's for homeowners private use only. Washer and dryer is off limits to guest. Thats private use only. Other things to note 1) check out is at 11 AM It's very unlikely for it to be extended because of our cleaning schedule. 2) We can hold your bags for you but I do need to be notified in advance if you want to drop off your luggage before check-in. 3) Apart from the homeowners there are other airbnb guest that are rented in the property. 4) we are on the airport plane path so outside you can hear the plane go by normally indoors you don't hear the plane much, therefore it isn't a problem but for some people it could be so keep that in mind if you are a very light sleeper. 5) ***👕👖👗 We DO NOT have Washing Machine or Dryers available for guest use.
