On arrival guests will benefit from extensive private parking for 2-3 cars. The main entrance gate opens up into a fully enclosed spacious front garden, leading to a covered porch area, ideal for muddy boots leads into a bright and airy hallway. Two reception rooms straddle the hall. Both individually furnished with sumptuous cushions and throws. The sitting room on the right boasts a log burner for cosy nights in with a good movie on the Smart TV while the room on the left has a bookcase and games chest. At the end of the hallway is a fully fitted kitchen stocked with cooking utensils and plenty of glassware and crockery. The kitchen has a built in fridge and dishwasher. From the kitchen there are double doors which lead out into the dining conservatory. A dining table for 8 is the perfect place to entertain or relax with a glass of wine. Guests can also take advantage of the BBQ facilities in the courtyard at the back of the cottage. Extra logs for the wood burner and a large fridge freezer are located in the out house on the patio. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms looking out over the garden. Bedroom 1 has a large en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The 2nd features a king size bed and dressing table. The family bathroom is located on the first floor featuring a shower over the bath and original floorboards. Bedroom 3 and 4 are on the second floor and are set up as a twin room and another double room. There is plenty of storage in the built in wardrobes on the landing.
