This villa has two bedrooms, a large living room-dining room combination, and a modern, eat-in kitchen. It is conveniently located in the village of Nesso, midway between the city of Como and the beautiful town of Bellagio, this comfortable, charming villa boasts magnificent views of Lake Como from all windows, and is within easy reach of a variety of restaurants, shopping, hiking, and other places on the Lake. Enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine on the wrap-around balcony, take a boat ride to the famous Villas Carlotta and Balbianello, or plan a day trip to Milano or Lugano. We have install ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms and a big central fan in the living room. Persons who book for 4 days or more pay a cleaning fee on 50 euro. Persons who book for a week and more pay 50 euro cleaning fee per week. Please leave 1 day between reservations.
