The well-equipped apartments have comfortable living and sleeping areas as well as kitchens for flexible self-catering. Our small garden is available for general use by all guests and invites you to relax and spend time outdoors. The house is currently in a careful renovation and expansion phase, during which additional apartments are being built. The work will only be carried out when our guests are out of the house so that your stay remains as undisturbed as possible. We are happy to welcome you to the Schmölzer Apartments! Other things to note Our house has a history and combines the charm of bygone times with modernly designed interiors. Currently, part of the house is undergoing a careful renovation phase, during which additional apartments are being created and the building is being developed step by step. The construction work takes place exclusively at times when our guests are away from home so that your stay remains as undisturbed as possible. During the summer months from May to September, the popular farmers' market takes place every Tuesday in the main square in Döbriach – a great opportunity to discover regional products and specialties. The Millstätter See Inclusive Card and the Kärnten Card are included free of charge for the duration of your stay. This allows you to enjoy numerous benefits, discounts, and free services at many excursion destinations and leisure activities in the region.
