Look no further, we've got you covered. The space The holiday house is placed on the island of Pasman, in the bay St. Ante. It has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with bunk bed. This house is only 100 m from the beach and it can accommodate up to 4 persons. This is a pet-friendly house, up to two pets are welcome, against surcharge. The kitchen is equipped with crockery and cutlery, electric refrigerator with freezer compartment, a 4 cooking hobs (no oven) on gas and a fireplace. There is a bathroom with shower. The house is accessible by car, on a distance of about 100 m, to the bay of Sveti Ante, on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, that can be affected by weather conditions. For this reason, these roads are not recommended for lowered cars, but that does not mean that you necessarily have to have an SUV or a four-wheeler. These roads are passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. Rentals during winter are possible. The fresh water reservoir is of 25. 000l and the electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, for battery rechargers and lights, no household or other electric appliances. The house contains solar water heater, therefore, running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. The water and electricity should be spent here sparingly. This water is originally tap water, but as it is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. Bed linen and bathroom towels are prepared for you. Fresh bed linen and towels arrive once a week. Beach towels are not available, please bring your own. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, with your regular household recharger. Guests can have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. The guests need to insert this SIM card in one of their own devices (mobile phone, laptop etc. ), which will then function as a hotspot. There is a possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driver´s license). Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency, because the transfer and the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night.
