VILLA ERMINEL - Traditional & Full of Character!

Villa Erminel is a 83 sqm traditional house with warmth and character, ideal for couples, families and digital nomads, wanting to enjoy nature, quietness, comfort , safety, and a more authentic side of the Greek summer living. The house is set in a peaceful area, in a plot of 4000 sqm, surrounded by 180 olive, citrus, pine trees and cypresses,offering the total relaxation. You will be just a 5 min drive from a 3 km long sandy beach, Flaboura/Petrothalassa, and within 15-30 min to many more The space Villa Erminel was designed by Alex's mother, Nelly, and it's decorated with her art work and objects from Africa. Nowadays, it's our primary residence, so we kindly ask you to treat it with love and respect like your own house. It is suitable for couples, families and remote workers, who like to relax and /or work using fast Internet, and can be used as a perfect base to explore the larger area. You will love the silence, hear the birds and the cicadas singing, watch the butterflies playing. The house has an open-plan living room with four comfortable chairs and a big sofa, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a three burner gas top and a small stove oven. The front terrace features a sitting area with a three seater sofa and two sun loungers, under a bamboo pergola, and has a beautiful view over the olive grove and the bay. The master bedroom on the ground floor is 13 sq meters large, with a double bed and an A/C unit. The main mezzanine is 12 sqm large and has 2 single beds that can be put together or kept separate. It has an A/C unit . It's listed as bedroom 2. The second mezzanine bedroom located above the kitchen, is 12 sqm large and has 2 single beds. Two small portable fans are available. It's listed as bedroom 3. A crib for infants/toddlers is available , without any additional cost A large hammock is available under the trees The closest beach is a 15 min walk/ 5 min drive from the house, while other beaches are only a short drive away. We provide beach towels and parasols. The three villages nearby are only a short drive away. You will find supermarkets, grocery stores , cash points, banks, pharmacies, health center, doctors, restaurants, cafes. The area offers a lot of activities and interesting places to visit: - The islands of Hydra and Spetses, just a 20 min boat ride away. - Rock climbing in Katafyki gorge, which is 3 km from Ermioni's port. - Greece's first capital , Nafplio with its famous castle Palamidi, it's about one hour driving through the forest. - On the way to Nafplio, you can visit the old theater of Epidavros and the museum nearby. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire house, and free parking on the premises Other things to note We provide salt, pepper, our own extra virgin olive oil, tea, coffee, white and brown sugar. Napkins, toilet paper, kitchen paper are provided within your stay. Beach towels, parasols, masks, fins, beach shoes, three yoga mats, an ebike and a regular one are all available for free.
