Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a drying machine. From the bedroom, you have access to a 30 m², south-facing terrace, equipped with a dining area, sun loungers, a stainless-steel charcoal barbecue and an electric table grill. Boasting beautiful views of the surrounding gardens, this is the perfect place to a fresh morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Due to the apartment’s marvelous location, a supermarket, bakery, a butcher’s and a bus stop are located within a 280 m radius (or 3 minutes walking). The main shopping streets of city centre are furthermore just about a 10-minute walk or 1 km away. As the Middle Rhine Valley is especially cherished for its romantic ruins, vineyards and gorgeous outdoors, you will find historic castles, wineries and amazing hikes just a few kilometres away. Free parking available in front of the house on the street. Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked in the courtyard. As the apartment is located in a quiet residential area, guests are requested to respect the neighbors and to keep noise levels at a minimum after 10pm. This is of particular importance in relation to the use of the terrace.
