I rent out a small but nice attic apartment! You have your own and closed access from the staircase. Here you will find everything you need as a holiday guest - it is certainly interesting as a commuter apartment! There is the possibility to make coffee or tea and a fridge - but no cooking facility. The space We live in an old "town villa" (built in 1927) on the first floor and share the house with two tenants. We have expanded the attic for nice AirBnB guests :-) Other things to note Since it is an attic apartment, from the 2nd floor there is a steep staircase (with railing, of course!) into the room. Pets are not allowed.
