Large Up North Escape! Perfect for large families, corporate retreats, friend gatherings, etc. :) 16 bedrooms- each with 2 queens 32 Queen beds total CAN SLEEP UP TO 64 SUMMER MONTHS BOOK IN FULL WEEKS ONLY, 7 NIGHTS, SUNDAY- SUNDAY. This includes mid June - late August. Spring and Fall weekends have a 3-4 night minimum. Remainder of the year has only a 2-night minimum, November- April. Guest access Full property access to your group exclusively ! Other things to note CANCELLATION POLICY Should you wish to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded in full for up to 30 days after the date that you book your reservation. Beyond 30 days, the deposit will only be refunded if the date(s) reserved is (are) reserved by another group, less a 10% fee.
