Contemporary private lodge - St Mary Bourne

Come and have a relaxing break in our self contained lodge house set in the stunning Bourne Valley in the heart of Hampshire. In a beautiful village with wonderful walks, pubs and plenty to do. This is an area of outstanding natural beauty and a conservation area and yet near to the tourist delights of Highclere, Winchester, Salisbury and Stonehenge, or take a tour around the Bombay Sapphire Distillery. This is an ideal stopover for the Clock Barn - a popular local wedding venue. The space Our light and airy lodge has an open plan living area. The kitchen end is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, hob, electric oven/microwave, washer/dryer and a big kitchen table with stunning views out of the large double doors over the valley. The sitting room end has three comfy double sofas, a 55 inch TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime TV. Again it has stunning views through large glass double doors across the valley, over looking the Bourne Valley Hampshire countryside. On this ground floor, there is also a shower and loo with plenty of hot water. Upstairs there are two comfortable bedrooms, one twin and one double. There is a bathroom and separate loo and both bathrooms have heated towel rails. The lodge is modern and warm in the winter, but has a feeling of being part of the garden with both pairs of double doors open in the summer. Use of tennis court with owners permission. Outside the lodge there is a garden table and chairs and use of garden furniture. We also have an EV pod point charger that can be used by separate arrangement. We will have to charge for this with increasing energy bills but can be arranged individually. Guest access Use of the whole of the lodge and parking in drive. Use of terrace area outside lodge.
