Or The space It is a new house with an excellent location. It has 1 double bedroom with a King bed plus a beautiful balcony, another bedroom with a bunk bed and a trundle bed plus a closet, a bathroom with a shower (hot water). On the first floor there is a beautiful island with modern appliances, a large sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, independent entrance, located 1 block from businesses, 2 from a hospital, 3 from downtown, 2 from the square where a little train leaves to take a tour of Pucon where there are also craft fairs and juices for the little ones of the house, very quiet place. We do not have parking inside the property, vehicles can be left outside without problems since it is a super quiet sector, it is close to the bus terminal etc. Guest access Guests can walk everywhere as it is centrally located and everything is super close, it is a quiet place with a family atmosphere. Other things to note I ask guests to be quiet, no parties, no smoking inside the house, as it is a family and quiet neighborhood.
