Your hosts Helen and Christakis are looking forward to welcoming you to this superb two bedroom apartment with sea view, situated in a gated complex with lush landscaped gardens. The apartment has been recently renovated in a modern style to a high standard and comes fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. The kitchen boasts a brand new Bosch washing machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is also a frappe maker and nespresso coffee machine to maximise your choice of drinks. The apartment is air-conditioned throughout, with brand new inverter units. The lounge/dining area consists of two sofas for relaxing and watching the 32” flat screen television with android box and a dvd player, with an extensive range of movies for both adults and children. Or, if you prefer, choose one of the books available. There is also a dining table with seating for four, or you may prefer to eat at the breakfast bar. A high chair can be provided also, if required. There is a shoe cupboard upon entry to the apartment and slippers are provided for your comfort, free of charge. The bathroom features a walk in shower. Towels and toiletries are provided. Bedrooms are equipped with hair driers and extra electrical sockets or extension cables for any extra equipment. A travel cot can be provided, if required. The master bedroom leads out to a comfortably furnished balcony with sea view and an array of potted plants. Free wi-fi is available. There is also on site free parking. Enjoy a swim in the huge communal pool, or play with your children in the kids pool. Alternatively, take a short stroll to one of Limassol’s blue flag beaches situated across the road. You have everything you need on your doorstep. There is a taxi rank, a coffee shop, a mini market and a bus stop, all less than a five minute walk away.
