My place is walking distance to Universal Studios and a short drive to Hollywood Walk of Fame, Hollywood Bowl, Warner Brothers Studios, and Ventura Blvd. You’ll love the coziness of my place with its high ceilings, updated kitchen, and lush backyard. It’s located on a quiet street. It is right across from Universal Studios! Enjoy a full day at the park and take a quick walk back. Great for couples, families, friends, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We are pet friendly! The space ***Formerly known as “The Studio.” The house is a cozy cottage with a hint of mid century modern design. With a high beamed ceiling and comfortable layout, the cozy living room is a great place to unwind and relax after a long day of traveling around the busy city of Los Angeles. The kitchen has a cozy and modern feel to it. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bar ware, and small appliances. The first bedroom has a memory foam queen bed, TV, and a closet. The second bedroom has a Tempurpedic low profile queen bed, TV, and closet. This bedroom has a small private bathroom with a shower. The third and final bedroom will have two twin mattresses on a daybed and trundle. It has a small wardrobe, dresser, and TV. The second bathroom will be along the hallway. It has a bathtub. You may use the backyard, it is shared with my mother. There is an outdoor dining table, outdoor sofas, and small TV. My mother lives in the guest house in the back. EV Charger available. ChargePoint level 2. Guest access Guests may access most of the home. There will be locked closets for our personal belongings. The guest house is off limits. My mother lives in the guest house. Other things to note Please respect my kind neighbors. There are two parking spots along the driveway. There is no street parking during the weekdays from 8am-6pm so please be sure you park on the driveway to avoid tickets. My mother lives in the back house. My pricing varies per guest. Please make sure to put the exact amount of guests. If you’re booking for one or two guest, there will be one bedroom. Three to four guests, there will be two accessible bedrooms.
