With unspoilt views over countryside, our former Chapel on the Lincolnshire Wolds doorstep offers the perfect place to enjoy a memorable relaxing stay. Visit all that this County has to offer, including miles of lovely beaches, followed by snug winter evenings in front of a Log Burner, or warm summer evenings relaxing on the Patio, perhaps observing the wildlife. There is a myriad of tracks and paths around for walkers and cyclists alike. We offer comfort with a homely feel. The space The bedroom is on a mezzanine or intermediate floor, it is partly open to the double-height ceilinged floor below, original ceiling beams have been incorporated in the conversion, and also the delightful Chapel windows. There is a Velux roof light within the bedroom complete with blackout blind, but you will find the stars are amazing on clear nights whilst you gaze up to the sky, you might want the blind open! We have less light polution than the cities! The fully fitted bathroom provides shower sink and WC. Underfloor heating is included for the winter months, although once the Log Burner is lit, the property becomes very toasty indeed! The kitchen is well equipped, providing everything required for those wishing to dine at base. We like to provide enough comfort and ease of use so you will feel at home, and hopefully visit us again. We have fitted a double USB double charging point upstairs and downstairs, providing plug free charging for all. Please note that we provide freshly laundered protectors on all pillows, duvet and the matress for each and every guest. Guest access The property stands in its own grounds, with privacy for your entire stay. We provide a floodlight over the drive for late arrivals. Before you arrive I will be in touch with access details so that your arrival is as smooth and safe as possible. We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by deep cleaning and thoroughly disinfecting frequently touched surfaces before you check in (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) We also block out nights between check-ins, allowing us additional deep cleaning time. Thank you Margaret Other things to note The insulation installed to the property walls during conversion has reduced the signal strengths of some mobile networks, wifi has been installed to assist, so phone calls are no longer an issue, and you can keep in touch with loved ones if you want, or simply switch off and hideaway. Simply turn on WIFI calling on your handset. We take a serious approach to all guest safety and employ professionals to inspect all our appliances annually, which is a requirement when letting any property. This covers electrical, gas and any flues, along with a Fire Risk Assesment. Margaret
