Surrounded by rolling countryside, royals connections and historic buildings Tetbury is a great base to explore all The Cotswolds has to offer. Pets considered, however there will be an additional cleaning fee. The space Fox cottage is a charming, quirky 250 year old Cotswold stone townhouse set over three floors just two hundred yards from the town centre in the conservation area of Tetbury. The property has retained its traditional features such as exposed beams, wooden floors and even a small, hobbit-style door leading onto a small private roof deck - the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after a day's exploration! Ground floor: On entering the property you will find a cosy sitting room with electric log burner effect fire and TV. A fully equipped kitchen containing a washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, electric cooker and gas hob with seating area for 4 ppl. First floor: Double bedroom with 5 foot brass bed, landing with door leading to small private roof terrace with furniture for 4 people. Second floor: Bedroom with cast iron double bed, bathroom with bath and shower attachment, basin and WC. Outside the property has off road parking, whilst the roof terrace is ideal for relaxing or enjoying a spot of breakfast. We provide FREE: + coffee + tea + full kitchen + self check in + self check out + extremely comfortable beds, linen and pillows + quality toiletries and soaps + hairdryer + tv, video play and loads of DVD's + WIFI + books and games + high chair and travel cot (0n request) Guest access Access to the Cottage: Guests can enter the cottage using a key lockbox, which provides secure and convenient access. Upon booking confirmation, you will receive detailed instructions on how to access the key lock and retrieve the keys for the front door. The entire cottage will be exclusively yours during your stay, giving you the freedom and privacy to enjoy your time at your own pace. We want to ensure that your stay at our cottage is comfortable and hassle-free, and our key lock system allows for easy check-in and check-out, giving you full control of your stay. Rest assured that you will have complete privacy and independence to make the most of your time at our beautiful cottage. Other things to note Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is flexible with self check-in details sent on your arrival day. Check-out is at 11:00 am. Parking: Roadside parking is available nearby. Since spaces can vary, please allow extra time, especially during peak hours. Historic Features: As a restored historic property, some doorways and staircases are charmingly original and may be lower or narrower than modern standards. No Smoking: To maintain a clean, welcoming space for all guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside. Accessibility: This cottage may not be suitable for people who find stairs difficult. Pets: Please contact us if you would like to bring your dog BEFORE you make your reservation.
