The farmhouse and the adjoining park are for the exclusive use of the guest who will have at their disposal three large bedrooms, two double bedrooms consisting of two comfortable double beds with 7 cm toppers and a double bedroom with single beds, also equipped with two comfortable 5 cm toppers, the latter communicating and with direct access from one of the two double beds. - You will have a lovely kitchen furnished with an antique wooden table, perfect for preparing your meals. It is equipped with an electric oven, microwave, dishes, cutlery, glasses, pans, pots and a "Nescafé" coffee machine with complimentary pods, to start the day in the best possible way. - In the living room, you can enjoy the warmth of a wonderful fireplace, while relaxing on antique leather armchairs, creating an intimate and welcoming atmosphere for your stay. - Il Casale is immersed in a beautiful fenced park of about one hectare, consisting of hazelnut, oak trees, oaks and fruit trees of all kinds. In the same there is a large oven/barbecue equipped for grilling. Also directly from the rooms, you can take advantage of a large balcony equipped with deck chairs and tables, which offers a breathtaking view over the entire valley. - To cope with colder periods, the structure is equipped with a central heating system with Termoarredi and Fancoil hydrogen powered by the latest generation pellet boiler. Guest access HEATED HOT TUB: You can enjoy a pleasant outdoor hot tub available upon request for a small one-time fee of 70 euros throughout your stay. Prepared for each guest who wants to use it (with at least 2 days' notice from booking), it's great to relax and fully enjoy the surrounding nature.
