This amazing house was built with a lot of love in 2018 The house is decorated in a rustic style with a combination of Nordic light colors and lots of wood. The timbered part of the house is a reuse of a building from the farm in Ocke where we live. Geothermal heating, egg oil tempera paint and floor treatment with linseed oil wax are some good environmental choices. Some extra features: Fireplace in the dining room and bathtub with lake view We think it is easy to thrive here and enjoy the peace and harmony that the house together with nature provides. The space You come here mainly to feel good, recharge your batteries and just give yourself time. Good with spaces to socialize, at the same time there is space to withdraw. Guest access There is a boathouse with a wood-fired hot tub and sauna. A relaxation area with luxurious chairs and panoramic views of mountains and lakes. Other things to note It is good to have a car for this place. It is 6 km to the grocery store. Järpen, 15 km to the west, offers an outdoor shop, liquor store, pharmacy, optician, health center, etc. Parking is available at the train station in Mörsil if you want to take the train to Östersund or Åre.
