With 10 beds, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living areas, a panoramic terrace, a garden and, during the summer, the possibility of using the swimming pool with an incredible view, you can spend a wonderful holiday here discovering Tuscia! The space You will have 2 entire apartments for your exclusive use, located one on the ground floor and one on the first floor of the ancient building once occupied by the Podere della Tenuta del Pàstine. Here you will find: 2 bedrooms both equipped with a double bed and a single bed and 2 living rooms with a double sofa bed, for a total of 10 beds; 4 bathrooms (2 located in the apartment on the ground floor and 2 located in the apartment on the first floor); 2 equipped kitchens that will guarantee you total autonomy in the preparation of your meals. Both apartments have TV, free Wi-Fi and private outdoor areas (a panoramic terrace for the first-floor apartment and a garden for the ground-floor apartment). In summer, the swimming pool adjacent to the building will guarantee pleasant moments of refreshment and a suggestive view of the Valle dei Calanchi, which surrounds our small Borgo. The laundry area located on Piazza dell'Oca (with washing machine, ironing board and iron and everything you need for washing and cleaning) will be very useful, especially during longer stays, and can be used freely by guests. Only the fireplace located in the ground floor apartment can be used. The supply of wood is not included in the AirBnB rate. Guests can arrange for its use by purchasing the necessary items from local retailers or they can request the supply from the property, only in this second case will a supplement have to be paid. The property is currently not equipped to accommodate pets. Guest access The apartments are for the exclusive use of the guests of the property and must not be shared with other people, while the laundry area and the pool are shared with other apartments. Parking is all free and is located near the property: in Via Castello (10 meters away), Piazza del Municipio (50 meters away), Piazza Castello (100 meters away).
