The Nautilus can be found in the small village of Wittkiel, 5 minutes by car to the port center of Kappeln and in 10 minutes to the beaches of the Baltic Sea. Already from the bedroom window you can see the sea. The Nautilus can accommodate 4-5 persons all year round (bedroom: bed with 140x200, living/bedroom: sofa bed 135x200). Other things to note To keep fit in bad weather, there is a mooring ergometer and a weight set of up to 40 kg in the spacious living room. But of course there is also the possibility to arrive with bicycles, take them with you (parking in the garden hut) or to borrow some and enjoy the mountainous landscapes by the sea. There are also extensive walks in the nearby nature reserve and directly on the Baltic Sea all year round. The nicely landscaped garden invites you to sunbathe. On the large partially covered terrace with awning, there is a table, a bench, a sun lounger and two normal garden chairs. A barbecue can be found in the garden hut and corresponding barbecue equipment in the kitchen. For the winter months, the fireplace in the living room can be stoked for a cozy ambiance. The house has central heating (gas). The double bed in the bedroom with 140x200 cm and the large sofa bed with 135x200 cm can accommodate two people each, depending on age also for three children. The bathroom with floor-level shower, toilet, sink and mirror cabinet has a large radiator (towel dryer). The kitchen is located in its own space and is equipped with a new Bosch dishwasher, ceramic hob (4 plates) and oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, blender, egg cooker and extensive dishes and cooking equipment. Should it be necessary to wash even on vacation... no problem, because in the bathroom there is a washing machine (since 03/2023 a new modern AEG top loader), and of course also an iron, ironing board and drying rack in the storage room. In the cottage, there are other rooms on the ground floor with a separate entrance on the street side without access to the rental property and the garden, in which other people such as assembly workers may be able to stay during the rental period. However, the tenant has private access to the property, a private entrance and sole right of use for the garden.
